Learn with us:

Structured individual Mentorship

1. 1:1 scheduled weekly sessions with a senior therapist who has a passion for critical thinking and mentorship

Problem solve your tough cases as they emerge and practice the techniques that are relevant to your cases
Caseload management: learn how to manage your caseload from assessment to successful client goal achievement and discharge. Track and follow up with your clients electronically and EMR based.

2. “ortho club” 2 mnth scheduled small group sessions on topics selected by the learning group:

Practical sessions where we review/ learn to :
- Become proficient at assessment and treatment techniques
- Deliver best practices in treatment planning and progression
Multidisciplinary team members attend – we love to learn from each other !!
Guest experts from our community and our team.
Lead by an FCAMPT mentor.

3. Group evening short courses:

Taught by our own team on their “subject matter expertise”. 1.5 - 2hours
Get paid to teach on your passion, and learn skills from your peers.

4. Group Research Review:
