Reports on work with 20 incest perpetrators in a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy group; focus is on the psychodynamics of such offenders. Available treatments are outlined, including medication and behavior modification through aversive conditioning. Major obstacles, such as Ss' lack of motivation and countertransference, are discussed.
