1 Full-time Physiotherapist

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking to practice to their full scope of practice with a varied client base which includes hospital, long-term care, community and primary care. The Sole Charge Physiotherapist is responsible for management, planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the administrative and therapeutic activities of all Rehabilitation Services to ensure that an optimal level of services are available to the hospital, community and LTC. Rehabilitation services include but are not limited to physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and activation.  The incumbent also provides all of the program’s physiotherapy treatment and services and will work with a multi-disciplinary team which includes an Occupational Therapist and PT/OT Assistant, as well as other health professionals from both the hospital and Family Health Team.


  • Graduate of an accredited Canadian Physiotherapy program or, if educated outside Canada, have successfully completed the Canadian registration process
  • Licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and member of the Canadian Physiotherapist Association
  • Strong experience in orthopedic, neurological, and cardio respiratory physiotherapy
  • Good knowledge of pediatric and gerontology population.
  • Bilingualism; French and English preferred
  • Previous management experience an asset
